Career Opportunity: Client Experience Coordinator
We are in search of an Operations Team member to support our Financial Advisors in delivering a high level of service to our clients. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, document scanning and filing, updating client database, processing client service requests, and other projects as needed. Qualifications include:
- A genuine care for others
- Excellent client service skills
- High level of integrity
- High level of attention to detail
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Highly proficient written and verbal skills
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry or related field is a plus, but not required
- Business Degree preferred, but not required
Full Time, Monday - Friday.
